Southfourth –"Side By Side"

"SIde By Side" was Southfourth's follow up to "Revolution". Electric guitars replaced the acoustic rock sound on previous recording. Many of the tracks on "Side By Side" are considered radio-friendly and marketable Top 40 hits.

Genre: Urban Hip-Hop/R&B, co-writer-Robert Fischer. Also, Vinyl remix released.
Multi–faceted, multi–racial, Martian Colony effectively fuse Hip–Hop, R&B and Latin rhythms to bring something of a breath of fresh air to the game. With tracks dealing with a range of topics the group bring a versatile sound to the table as MC G–La trades his rhymes with the soulful vocals of singer, Uptown to create a sound that could easily hit on radio. Toby Gad/Gad Songs Publishing
Working with Toby Gad using Logic 7/8 to write record and compose material for major label artists, television commercials and video production. Mixing and recording for past and current artists on Disney, Atlantic, Interscope and Blue Note record labels. Recently assisted completing recordings for Blue Note Recording artist Elizabeth Withers (co-star in Oprah Winfrey’s “The Color Purple”)

Central Park North Entertainment - Martian Colony (Sony/G.E.D. Entertainment)
Wrote music, drum programming and performed on Martian Colony's recent commercial retail release “Trajectory”. “Let Me Be Honest” track has been charting at nationwide Dance Record Pools. Distributed digitally and in major retail stores through Sony Red.

Photon Records-Southfourth (Photon Records)
Wrote and professionally recorded all guitar parts for 2 full length commercial CD’s. 2003 “Side By Side” and 2000 recorded “Revolution”. “Revolution” has enjoyed consistent national critical acclaim by the record industry, radio, press and fans. “Perfect Everything” from “Revolution” charted on national Top 40 Adult Contemporary charts. Radio stations reported more than 85% of Southfourth 2 recordings contain marketable songs.
